The people behind YOU vs UOY.

Being sucked into the vortex of self-comparison one too many times, we decided it was time for a change. We believed there needed to be a movement against the comparison trap. We didn't know exactly what it would look like, but we knew we had to make some noise.

We spent months researching and brainstorming how we'd go head to head with the beast that is self-comparison. Through conversations with friends and family, and our own digging, we realised the thing most people were really after was community. So that became our priority - building a community focused on lifting each other up.

Our hope is that YOU vs UOY becomes more than something you follow, we hope it becomes a reminder. A reminder to chase the best version of yourself, to see the good in the ordinary moments, and to look at your life and realise how much you have to be grateful for.
